I've been doing 10/20's and hopefully move to 10/10 and 20/10 in the new year.
n00b question here and a bit of a thread dredge but...
...is 10/20 referring to intervals 10 mins of rest effort, 20 mins high effort etc?
This should be good for sustained efforts in scratch races and similar?
