    So I'm trying carbo loading and no brekkie for tomorrow to try to avoid some of my GI issues I've been having recently.

    I've just eaten about 250g uncooked weight of pasta and feel thoroughly sick, the bag of crisps before that probably doesn't help!

    Will see if that, combined with 0 caffeine tomorrow pro run avoids the issues.
