Really dumb question alert from someone who should know more - is there enough room in the dropouts to run it fixed?
A fixed hub is 120mm. This frame is 127mm so you can easily put a few ml of axle spacers on (behind the locknuts ideally).
You can usually grab some spacers from your LBS mechanic in exchange for biscuites.
