Pistrada was an Italian-german builder that built some very fine track frames in the 80s.
This one is 58cm c-t-c seattube and 56cm c-t-c toptube, still in its original blue-metallic paint. Columbus tubing (most likely SP). The dropouts are rare Zeus chrome dropouts which sets it a bit apart. Forks are original and chromed, too. They're drilled for a front brake, but keep in mind this is a genuine track frameset.
