I was thinking of temporarily having a rear brake on the Cinelli Vigorelli track frame while i'm here in kent, where I have to go down hill almost everyday and it isn't pleasent when your legs are flying all over the place.
So I wanted to know if I could get this frame drilled:
I tried to find information about this but had no success, Apparently you can drill in almost any frame, to me the bridge looks wide enough...
