Put it this way if I put my right foot flat on the floor the knee cap is at 11oclock, over time cycling and running this is now significantly worse, last year I put some sport in soles in which moved the knee cap back a little but not back to where it should be (straight ahead).
At first this was just a pain when cycling and or running but now I'm at the point where I have to walk on the outside of my foot even when walking.
I'd love to pay you a visit and be supporting a member of the forum bluerip but I'm not living in London I'm afraid :(
