For Sale: OT: Marcel Bruer Wassily Chair 1980's

What are the caps on the end of the front pointing tubes like? Plastic inserts or welded discs? I don't remember the website I read it on, but that's one of the indicators. Might have stamp on the bottom of one of the tubes too.

Welded discs. Can't see a stamp anywhere though...
