I agree it should be super record on this age of bike. The rear derailleur is first generation (engraved) but the Delta's are not, 1st or 2nd generation. Also the front gear looks wrong maybe an 8 or 9 speed version? The early c-record had a much larger flat outside plate. With all the right parts on this will look amazing. In my opinion don't fit the deltas go with the super record ones you already have & change the Front & rear mec's to super record ones. Hay but its your bike so do what you want and what makes you happy.
What Mdizzle is trying to say is that,The wheel has the valve hole in the wrong place, it should be in the next position to the right IE widest spoke opening. But don't worry we've all done it the first time we built wheels so welcome to the club.
