not always, variations on individual orders were possible, especially in the early days if I understood our resident Gazelle expert Dutch Cheese correctly.
btw I forgot to include a BB shot, here's the number showing it should be from around 1979 according to fivenineclimber's Gazelle serial number database

the blue one with classic paintjob ^^ is a 57/55 so it's a bit smaller (shorter tt) than the OP?

Seat tube 57cm c-t, top tube 56cm c-c.
It's a 1970s A-frame, resprayed and updated (they put on cable guides, front derailleur mount, shifter bosses) by the Gazelle factory in the 1990s.
Superb condition, one spot of paint has been damaged because of the brake cable rubbing against it. Comes with Campagnolo BB and headset, both good.
