My 3 year old Vision 1 developed a fault (wouldn't turn off, only worked on full beam), then stopped working at all.
I emailed Hope, who sent me a service/repairs form to fill in, and sent the light back to them last Friday, ticking the box that says "please get in touch before doing any expensive work".
Today (Wednesday) it came back, with a note saying they'd replaced the circuit board and lens unit, all free of charge.
Excellent customer service.
