This is pretty interesting, I'm just about to finish a brite 853 I snapped up for £57 on ebay, it has poorly home crimped stays which I may get filled or a new stay put in by superted. I've had to give it a new paintjob though as the original was tatty. Got a mix of sram rival/force/red and a few nice bits of finishing kit. I've got some beater/training wheels which i'll be looking to upgrade eventually with some crabon jobbies. How do you find your frame to ride? The welds and finishing seem fantastic. I'll be posting pics of mine next week.
It is great to ride, I updated it with carbon forks and it has Dura-Ace kit. Over 10 years old now but holds its own with a lot of newer bikes. As it has the chunky chainstays my heel just rubs but that is all. You did well at £57. Like to see it when you upload it.
