this made me do a big lol. my mate's always ranting about this day time pop quiz on radio two where people ring up and claim to be "yeah big big music fan me, big fan, got thousands of records yeah" then genuinely answer "name a rolling stones guitarist" with "john lennon" or something. it was a funny enough rant, till i was in the car with my dad the other day and heard it for real for the first time: a woman in her 40s claiming to be really into her pop and rock answered:
