    I live at the top of Crouch Hill (Mount View Road) and find Shepherds Hill from Park Road to Highgate is a good one to include as well as North End Road from Golders Green station up to the roundabout at what used to be Jack Straw's Castle; alternatively, the scenic route with less traffic is via Hampstead Garden Suburb up through Turners Wood.

    Hope to do more hills now that snow/ice has gone!

    yeah once snow and the awful black road shite that covers everything has mooched I'll be hitting the hills, at the moment my training consists of going from work Kings X - down to Richmond park couple of loops then back up to Regents then a couple there then a few a few hills on the way back home to Ally Pally
