if you coat the cups with a healthy dollop grease, you should be able to get the balls to sit still long enough to fit them....provided you have enough....(balls that is)

From Sheldon's page, see also the link to Jobst Brandt's page with contrary opinions. My own view is if i had new balls that came in 11 ball cages i'd probably use the cages, but i wouldn't mess around trying to clean used cages or find cages if i didn't have them - i'd just use new loose balls. Taking things apart just to remove the cages would be silly. It's not worth the wear & risk to your crank tapers. If you care that much about weight you need a different sort of bb (and probably a different bike).

I just got an used Sugino 75 BB.
But when I want to install them, I find a problem.
It is about the steel ball.
I find that all steel ball was putted in a plastic bag separately, how to install them into the cup, just put them in?
I also search for Google,
The still balls put in a circle.
Does anyone can explain this? did it miss some thing?
