My cog has seized on!

try skidding
my frigging lock ring and cog always come loose when i try and skid

( not really, i'm a good mechanic me )

when you put the new one on try adding some lube / oil / grease that'll help you get it off next time.

Ignore the last bit. Always use copper slip or copper grease.
