I don't think teams needing a sub should necessarily get an advantage by taking a sub.

And surely it fucks up the integrity of league standings if a team has to play against the super-sub against two different teams, no?

As it would if they subbed in a less good sub than their missing member not to mention that if it is the most integral member (as in erin).

If there were a rule on subs

this seems like a crap idea and wouldnt solve any problems, only create more.
