We all suggested LucasR as captain based on several factors: maturity, innate leadership qualities, knowledge of similar formats (ice hockey, NFL, basketball), b-player status, and most importantly he's the person we're all most likely to listen to.
If he doesn't want to do it, EMM is happy to.
