Anyway, I have indeed contacted lost property (last night as soon as I got to the engagement party and saw someone with an SLR) and have managed to get the word out on Twitter despite it obviously being a long shot. You never know.

Keep your fingers crossed folks. This weekend has been pretty shit, what with being shoved off my bike by a numpty at the Henry Warwick memorial ride! Let's hope I get a call/email/tweet with good news soon.
