Urago was a maker in Nice and frames are easily identifiable by the wonderful wrapover seat stays unique to this maker. Urago himself is pictured on the head badge wearing his Stayer's helmet.
Frame is 22 inches c to t, rear spacing 120. 700c's fit with mudguard clearance. French threads, good Stronglight BB, headset well worn. Small dents to top of chainstays where rack was bolted on, easily filled before refinish, otherwise good. Light frame, probably 531 or Vitus. Needs repaint.

Goëland - Louis Moire was one of the Paris based 'constructeurs' along with Herse and Singer. This frame probably dates from the 60's. Touring frame built from sturdy tubing. 24 3/4 inches c to t. 110 rear spacing, built for 700c's. Most of original paint and box lining good, but some careful touching up required particularly around BB, to save original finish. Hand painted name. Beautiful seat cluster and very nicely filed lugs. Headset missing top race. All French threads of course. More information on maker here:
Two high quality French frames.
