**Could be. The space has not been left for undertaking. The stationary person may still 'move into it' in some way without checking over their left shoulder.

** Erm, if someone slaps me in the face, it's pretty annoying. If someone slaps a stranger in the face, I wouldn't feel as affronted, but I'd recognize it as being wrong.**
