the LHBPA has until now been pretty much for the UK when talking about rules, but now they can delegate the majority of the hard UK work to the UKHBPA and focus on just london matters. its kind of a win win!
If the UKHBPA is gonna focus on rules, imo at least one of Jono and Bill should be sitting on the committee as a rules rep as they are (imo) without a doubt the most informed people in the UK about rules and reffing....
