As my brother mentioned earlier in this thread, Henry was a face that you saw in the City all the time. I remember him from even before I rode bikes.
I won't be able to make tonight but I spent a few minutes at the accident site earlier this afternoon and tied a bunch of flowers to the lamp post with an inner tube.
By massive coincidence a Terravision coach turned onto Bishopsgate from Camomile St just before I left the flowers. I have never seen a long vehicle driver take more care and check his mirrors before. The driver crossed himself after he completed the turn. He looked totally saddened.
RIP Henry. I never met you and never will. I really hope at least a tiny scrap of the pain that your family and friends are feeling right now will not be in vain.
