I think the setting up of the UKHBPA will be a way to sort out disagreements that do already happen occasionally, it'll help to have a kind of "due process" to sort shit out. And if there is a big disagreement then we all vote on it, sorted.
As for number of players, I'd of thought we'd need to define it all properly and get people who want a say in the UKHBPA to sign up for it, say where they are from and have a quick check of the numbers pre-vote. It looks like London would have the biggest sway, which is correct, but if the whole rest of the UK clubbed together they'd just about get a deciding vote, if they all had the same opinion of course.
