UKHBPA - let's get it started

Would tournaments in the rest of the UK have one ruleset but london tournaments would have a london ruleset?

Over my dead body. London, the UK, and Europe & the rest of the world should be playing the same rules. We're not at a point where we have an international body devising a rule-set (it's NAH by default), but to start playing different rules in different cities & countries is madness.
