RV is on the money, UKHBPA is awesome, LHBPA is awesome, together they are awesome. The idea that they are mutually exclusive is odd to me.
Saying the LHBPA could grow and absorb the UKHBPA is nice, but potentially undermines the LHBPA constitution (support London polo), it is written that the LHBPA would be absorbed by any larger body by popular vote, so if you do a good job (and grow in size), the LHBPA could (by vote) fall in line.
