Steel is recyclable. Carbon and Aluminum is not so. Or have they invented a way to do that with carbon yet?! Who knows.
me, i know. Carbon is recyclable, unfortunately the easiest way of doing it involves shredding it which gives you shorter length fibers (much like recycles paper) so the carbon isn't as strong, but its still good for reinforcing polymers etc
