They very much look like 8 speed, same as my Chorus Carbons... Just let out the cable to the rear d and you'll find it has 7 clicks either way. The left will do a triple also as it has multiple trim positions (around 5 or 6 from memory)
Nice bike btw :) You also might want to mention it is 531 Super Tourist tubing.
