this is the mandate that was given to me at the LHBPA meeting.
Im only a representative of London polo so if anyone disagrees with that course of action we can always have a meeting to address how London wants to be represented in the UKHBPA prior to the UKHBPA meeting.
Of course if Londoners have a problem with me representing them, im always happy to step down.
Lets take this to the LPC forum, or should it be the LHBPA forum?
