On an injury level, if you've got a headache it might be worth getting checked out at the Doc's. Sounds similar to Whiplash type injuries, not the same but your brain has clearly whizzed around your head super fast yet very briefly.
I'm not a doctor, but if you feel nauseous aswell, to the Docs with you. Sad about your bike, hope you're all okay though.
