  • Bainbridge that's brilliant news mate, well done. My next mile stone is getting under 13 stone too, my target is 11.8 (75kg) stone so I've got a little to go yet.

    I'm the same actually. Even drinking a black coffee mid morning keeps me going till lunch. May alternate days between black coffee and protein shakes.

    I've just had a nice black coffee, plan for today is to keep myself full on fluids (no calories) opposed to snacking.

    Today is looking good (small evening meal and I'm set);
