    yep i add exercise in, it's about 90% of the fun.

    as i've said i want to loose 2lb per week my target was 1200 calories, so with a run in one direct 600 calories and cycle the other 200 i have been eating roughly 2000 calories and loosing weight at roughly 0.8kg per week over the last 4 months.

    it may look like a giant supermarket but unlike our previous office there isn't an entire floor devoted to a staff only shop!

    there's only a week and a bit to go!
    i tend to loose weight on monday tuesday wednesday and then consolidate till the next week whereas from your updates in the last few weeks you seem to spike mid week and then loose plummet on a thursday and friday.

    I've got another stupid long run this saturday which has the potential to break me for a few days as well.....
