  • i've genuinely tried to hit my new calorie intake today, but trying to stick only to healthy foods and eating carrots, broccoli, eggs, turkey, ham and cauliflower i have fallen some way short.

    looks like nuts are the way to go...

    70.4 this evening though, so its not all good :s

    sure i'll be closer to 70 again in the morning :)
