I did some research about the geometry, but found nothing I wanted. The bike have a Frueler geometry, right? So I ask: is it suitable for people who have what approximate height?

Nice - great to get a full period bike, complete with nice bits like the seat post.
To me it looks like the ITM stem is not pantographed. It looks like a much later aheadset with a screenprinted logo. I guess the new owner could swap it for a matching 3t quill stem.

My brother has a master olympic in lampre colours, should I get this to match? No, I'm not feeling flush enough. Beautiful bike.

Difference between Master and Master Olympic ? Rarity. MO only made for one year and then Ernesto was threatened with a lawsuit by the IOC.
I have one, its currently sitting beside me in my office. I will never sell it. I took it to the Pyranees and the Alps for a month 3 years ago, it was utterly brilliant. I will never ever sell it.
These are the types of bikes that made Colnago what it is, not the plastic crap he turns out for money these days.
