I've got Shimano 600 pedals just like that and finally found cleats (PD-64, slotted with the triangle at the front, fits on normal three hole road shoes) for them the other week. If whoever buys them is interested I can give you the details of the guy I bought them off, he had quite a few sets for sale at very very good prices considering they go for around £45 on Ebay
