More even heat distribution. Much faster time from ignition to full burn. Aesthetically pleasing. Ergonomically designed.

Hi Universal, did this ever get resolved?
Why, thanks for asking. I guess it did. It's now Feb 2012 and the DCA letters stopped as soon as they began. I guess my request to see the evidence worked.

Keep pushing for an explanation. May be that they have wired the wrong mains supply numbers to the wrong meter numbers. Happened in my block when it was built with a few of the gas meters, took ages to sort out. Frankly I can't remember how it sorted itself out, so think I have typed all this rubbish in realising that I am being no help what so ever.
Er, sorry.

If you fight this and then it seems to have gone away you may find that they attach something to your credit rating, which will cause you difficulties further down the road when you trying to get a mortgage or a job as a spy or something. This happened to me during the mortgage application process, and for all the steadfastness I had felt before it went away when the mortgage might got refused and immediately paid up the disputed amount.

The statute of limitations is a good thing. The bad thing is that it doesn't apply to the government. If you owe them money, you owe it forever. I used to work for a debt collection agency part time and there was a department who's sole job was to find and contact people who hadnt acknowledged their debt i for 5 years. Must be the worst phone call of your life being told you still owe that £800 for that sofa, and it's now £30,000.
