So ... being in Australia means having a gas BBQ ...
And I must say, the Weber Q that my father in law bought us is a fine example of how BBQ should work.
Whacked some Kangaroo on there, turned out beautiful! Also red peppers, they turn super sweet and soft, easily pealed and all that. Porterhouse here comes at a good price as well.
