I guess there's progression in the way that new drivers are taught but for the next X years there will always be too many drivers who don't know what primary is.
Being screamed at by a bus driver that ran me off the road (after he did the same to another rider apparently) saying 'what are you doing in the middle of the road, get out of my way' is just frightening. I was 10 yards from an ASL (I always forget what they're called).
It's almost beaten me.
