Ahem ... after the above 'gem' of a discussion, cheap fixie/singlespeed sales seem to be alive and well, but not much discussed on the forum these days.
I noticed today that not only the 'No Logo' shop on Hackney Road (stacked floor to ceiling with boxes) sells them, but also the car dealership around the corner on Cambridge Heath Road (prominently-positioned four-up racks with some other bikes on them, as well), but also a shop further up Mare Street (between the Westgate Street and Well Street junctions, next to the former filling station) with another of these racks. Have these been spotted anywhere else, too?
