  • At teh moment any training related questions (nutrition and so on) tend to get dumped into the Running thread, or the Weight/fat loss thread, with some odds and ends elsewhere- I think Hippy started a nutrition one in Rides and Races, and there are some questions in the track forum.

    Could we look at having a sub-forum for training? A lot of us are taking this aspect of cycling more seriously these days, and it would be good to not clutter up other sections with it.
