I've reported it and pointed them to this thread, so feel free to duplicate info and report it here many times over when it happens.
It may give them some data that they can cross-compare to some log files or something.
Ignoring the pignon distraction, iSocket/BuyAds have resolved the issue and believe that it will NOT re-surface again.
They're confident enough of this that they've said that if it happens again (unlikely) that we should let them know immediately and an engineer will be assigned to it.
So if it does happen again let's take them up on that.
