For Sale: Hirame Road frame and forks 53cm + other bits

Bought this frame from hilarystone a few years back, been good to me but have 2 bikes now and this has to go:

HIRAME ROAD FRAME early 1980s
Seat Tube (ctt): 21in (53cm)
Top Tube (ctc): 21in (53cm)
Wheel size: 27in/700C (Brake drop with 700C/Sprint wheel: 62mm)
Frame Tubing: Kurahawa carbon tubing
Seatpost size: 26.4mm

Hirame was the brand name used by the British importer of Japanese built Kurahawa road frames. This was their budget model - even on this model they used forged dropouts. Its in sound condition with a number of marks to the paintwork but nothing too obvious. It will make an easy conversion to singlespeed or fixed gear.

£60 frame and forks only
£125 as seen in pictures which includes:
*Seat Post 26.4mm
*White Charge Slice Saddle
*Custom SR quill stem
*Shimano 600 Headset
*Alongha Front & rear dual pivot brakes with a 57-75mm drop

I will strip down if necessary, feel free to make offers for any of the components.

Also to go, a Stronlight 42t Chainset with both 170mm arms. I think the left arm may be rounded - possibly for a beater.....Looking for £10 for the set.

All items can be posted or collected, in Sidcup DA15 (home) or London Liverpool Street (work). £10 postage for the frame, all other items TBA at a lower cost

pretty good deal there. Am biased as its my size but if i didn't already have enough projects on I would snap that frame and bits up. .
