Bicycle Plus is a new cycling magazine in Japan. The inaugural issue (Dec 2011) carries a 2 page spread on last April’s Tweed Run by Miki Yamanouchi, attached. (Also a tweed waistcoat on the cover and an article on Dashing Tweeds.)
