I've only ridden mine as singlespeed with placeholder parts - but in the 18 months since I bought the frame (!!) I've managed to collect a load of Campagnolo, MAFAC and TA parts to put on it - Shimano rear derailer though, unless I find a Campagnolo Rally cheap somewhere.
Yours looks great in that colour scheme - sadly mine was repainted metallic snot green by a framebuilder (who put his decals all over it), and I can't quite afford a respray just yet.
