Anyone know how it actually happened? Broken collar bone is classic sticking your hand out when falling but what caused the accident?
Interesting to see above suggesting the accident may translate to a change in policy i.e. the helmet suggestion, but I wonder what would happen if it was careless/dangerous driving?
