Having at various time been involved in the cat herding practice that it trying to get a group of cyclists to a) come to a concensus on something and then b) all do the same thing based on the concensus that they have just come to, I find the notion of a collection of cyclists somethat oxymoronical. Thus I sumit my suggestions as follows.
An uncollective of cyclists
A moron of cyclists
A purebred Prussian Blue of cyclists
