I'll post fork crown and seat cluster later(see previous post in thread), and repost "fettled"chrome also...if posters wish. However I'm selling this as a frame for restoration*, whether the chrome is acceptable as is is a matter of both opinion and choice.
Some will prefer the original patina, some will want to restore this rare frame to its former glory - Soens frames are v.rare and rarely come onto the open market: what makes this frameset attractive is (a) the provenance - I bought it from the original owner, and (B) the rareity & quality of the build.
