Seems like it's a teaser advert due to be aired during the Superbowl.
None of the movie gossip sites seem to really have a clue, but the general consensus is that it's advertising something, (probably a car).
Then again, the date might on the ad might mean he announces shooting of Ferris 2 on that date.
