Our current house mate is moving on to new pastures in Greenwich to be nearer work so We've got the room back on from the 1st of June.
As before sublet at £485 a month all in, 2 months up front. No deposit.
We've got the current contract until October 30th so ideally looking for someone to stay until that time.May is mentally busy for me so I may have to pass your details on to one of my other housemates. PM me (don't expect a quick reply as I don't spend much time on a computer) or call for more details.

Had let to a friend for June while he was doing interviews in London. Didn't get any of the Jobs so he's back home.
Available from 1st July.
Would consider another short term let -

This may be a little premature. I'll know definitely what the situation is tomorrow, but I'm bumping this as we potentially have another room available in our flat for 6 months.
It's a slightly smaller room, but with a view out from the front of the flat.
You'd be living with Me, and 2 other girls.
If you work 9-5 and like to come home and curl up on a sofa in front a massive TV, this isn't going to be the right place for you. We don't have a television.
The flat has theatrical equipment coming and going as well.
The 2 girls work in the theatre and I'm supposedly a composer.
We'd be looking for someone of a similar creative background. You must be working as you wont be able to claim benefits (being a sublet etc etc).
hold tight for further info.

what would be the price? and would kids be okay at weekends etc?
THIS IS BACK ON AS THE NEW CHAP LOST HIS JOB IN THE INTERIM:
A large double room will be available in my flat from 31st October, Sublet at £485 per month all in.
Ones months notice.
It's a 4 bed flat in West Norwood, quite an unusual and interesting set up:
We'd prefer someone that finds the place exciting rather than someone that needs a room desperately.
(I'll get some internal photographs up very soon.)
Sharing with a male (me) and 2 females.
Looking for someone mid 20's to early 30's. Non smoking (although we have a huge balcony on which to smoke). Sorry only a single residency, not for couples.
Bike friendly, gay friendly.
We all work in the creative industries (oh how I hate that term), so don't lead a weekday 9-5 existence. If you'll be annoyed by storage boxes of theatrical and lighting equipment coming and going this isn't a flat for you, nor is it a party house, although our parties do tend to be pretty good.
Under 10 minute ride to the velodrome and excellent public transport for those not commuting by bike.
Give me a call for more details and viewings etc.
Don't PM as I'm no where near a computer all week.
Cheers
Thomas
