The chainstays aren't massively long like an old mtb. Say if you normally ride a 56cm frame try a 54cm instead. Gives you a slightly more upright position.
Since shortening my chainstays by 70mm I've moved the saddle froward 30mm and replaced the 40mm stem with an 80mm. Feels much better now, probably could to with raising the bars slightly. Yet to actually play polo on with this setup but it's great on the commute to work
