An abusive motorist verbally attacks a cyclist, who happens to be a barrister with a helmet cam. The police refuse to do anything about it, so he uses his legal mumbo jumbo to force the police to act.

She should have just walked away.

Had he not recorded it, she may well have claimed he assaulted her.
